Building a Compact Tool Wall with Black Iron Pipe and Pegboard

In this project, I created a custom tool wall using black iron pipe and plastic interconnecting pegboards, making it the perfect solution for atop my shop cabinet. This setup not only organizes tools efficiently but can be scaled or modified to fit any space!

Materials and Tools Used:

  • Black Cast Iron Pipe for the framework

  • Plastic Interconnecting Pegboards (16" x 16")

  • Craftsman Portable Contractor Table Saw

  • Black and Decker Drill

  • Milwaukee Impact Driver

  • Kreg Pocket Hole Jig 310 with Expansion Pack

By mounting the pegboards on a wooden frame and iron pipe, I created a sturdy, functional, free-standing wall that keeps my tools within easy reach atop my cabinet setup. This solution can be perfect for anyone looking to enhance their workshop setup too!
